From our annual Christmas celebration to smaller gatherings, employee appreciation events, and moments throughout the year to recognize milestones and successes, we want to create spaces where our people can step away from the everyday work and celebrate what we’ve accomplished together. Because when the team succeeds, everyone should have a chance to share in the celebration.

At Lind, we strive to have fun and provide our employees opportunities to step away from their normal routines, enjoy some friendly competition, and build relationships with the people they work alongside every day.

Our annual employee Cornhole Tournament is one of those traditions that brings this idea to life. Throughout the year, we look for other ways to create those same experiences, whether it’s an employee event, an unexpected treat, or simply an opportunity to have some fun together.

Giving Back is about extending the Lind spirit beyond our walls and finding meaningful ways to make a difference in the communities where we live and work. Through the Lind Cares Team and company-supported volunteer opportunities (like the pictured Feed My Starving Children volunteer event to pack meals for children and families around the world), our employees have opportunities to give their time, energy, and talents to causes that matter. It’s a powerful reminder that even a few hours of our time, when combined with the efforts of a team, can make a meaningful difference.

Lind is big on creating spaces for employees to spend time together in different environments, strengthen relationships, and experience something meaningful side by side. Last year, our team participated in the Minnesota Polar Plunge, coming together to take on a challenge while raising money and awareness for a great cause. It was cold, it was memorable, and it was a great example of what happens when coworkers step outside their comfort zones and support one another.
